Hello and Welcome to Beyond Measure. How was your Valentine season? I'd love to hear about it and or see some of your creations or gifts:) This card is entered in a Valentine challenge at DJ's Sundries:)
Have you ever thought, "what is the point? Is this all there is? Purpose, really?" LIFE--some refer to it as a game that we play. A board game in which people gather around, play for hours and sorta 'go through the motions' with little spurts of fun sprinkled in here and there for added interest. As some really enjoy the game of life, others may refer to it as a 'bored' game. The Journey (purpose) begins . . . . . . . . . .
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
LIFE's journey . . . . . . .But what about our past? It doesn't matter in His eyes as long as we give it to Him, ask forgiveness and turn away from the yuck. There is no memory of any of the less than great things that we have done. Paul had murdered many before doing so (giving his life to Him, asking forgiveness, and turning away from the yuck) and look at the amazing plans and purposes that the Lord had for him! :)
We all must ask Him to enable us to not go there any more, because when we do, it complicates/restrains/blocks blessings that He has for us. He has an amazing agape love that He freely gives to each and every one of us. His Love wipes the slate clean. Because you are that special.:)
